Individual photography workshops with Carl Weese are available at his studio in the Litchfield hills of western Connecticut.* Workshops can concentrate on platinum/palladium printing, view camera technique in the field and in the darkroom (including oversize banquet camera work), or the use of pyro developers to produce negatives that can be used for both platinum and silver-gelatin printing. With the equipment in the "Digital Atelier" students can also learn to scan large format negatives and make handsome pigment-ink prints with state of the art HP Z3200 and Epson 3880 large format printers. Tutoring in digital capture and the use of RAW workflow is also available.

Each workshop is individually tailored to the needs of the student and can run anywhere from a single day to a full week. For prices and other details or to design a custom workshop, contact Carl at (203) 217-6418, or email to:

* Darkroom workshops available here three seasons: we'll close for the winter and reopen with the spring thaw. Digital atelier and field sessions available year round.
